I created a basic letterhead template in Microsoft Word, which is the primary application she works in, so it would be very convenient to open the digital file and enter her custom communication and print out finished letter herself. We also decided that we would only make kits as we needed them and they needed to be produced from a home printer, so for printing efficiency, I put PR Folder cover label and inside Business card sticker on 8.5 x 11 format so it was an efficient use of adhesive paper output.
